Bi-objective unrelated parallel machines scheduling problem with worker allocation and sequence dependent setup times considering machine eligibility and precedence constraints

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>In today's competitive world, scheduling problems are one of the most important and vital issues. In this study, a bi-objective unrelated parallel machine problem with worker allocation, sequence dependent setup times, precedence constraints, eligibility is presented. The objective functions to minimize costs tardiness hiring workers. order formulate proposed problem, mixed-integer quadratic programming model A strategy called repair also implement constraints. Because NP-hard, two metaheuristic algorithms, multi-objective tabu search (MOTS) simulated annealing (MOSA), presented tackle problem. Furthermore, hybrid algorithm developed. Finally, computational experiments carried out evaluate different test problems, analysis variance done compare performance algorithms. results show that MOTS doing better in terms values mean ideal distance (MID) metric, while outperforms cases, considering other employed comparison metrics.</p>
